Welcome to PayKorun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, our "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Services

PayKorun provides a free payment gateway service powered by PipraPay, along with hosting services for ৳100/month. Our Services enable businesses to accept payments, manage transactions, and operate online payment systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or any other systems or networks connected to our Services.

Payment Terms

Our payment gateway service is provided free of charge, with payment processing fees waived. However, you will be charged ৳100/month for hosting services. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to our pricing, but you are responsible for reviewing our pricing information regularly.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of PayKorun or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PayKorun, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayKorun and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
